I was bought a day at the factory for a birthday present off a voucher website for myself and a friend. We were very excited for the day and couldn't wait to see the pictures.
Firstly it took 6 and a half hours not 5! And when we finally saw our pictures we decided we wanted a few but the smallest package they had was about 25 photos for around 300. We got a discount because of the voucher. We also got 2 pictures for free. We asked to think about it but they said they would not hold the pictures for us so we had to decide there and then. Which made us feel very pressured.
We then decided to try and get a selection of our favourites. We kept cutting them down and he said he could do us a special deal of the 34 pictures we had chosen for 300 instead.including the 2 free ones, which we agreed on.
However, when we got the disc home we only have 24 photos, and some of the ones we said we didnt like where still in the selection and others we did like seemed to have vanished. We could not believe this, and want to warn people in future. The receipt only has the amount paid not how many photos it was for.
