I wanted to end my sevice after two years of on time payments, i had a stroke and thay said i needed my pass word to end service and i didnt rember it after haveing a brain injury like that. So then thay wouldent ask for any other info just said thats the only way to end service is with a password so then 2 years later thay send me two collection for 556.76 what bad bissnes, the only way to end service is with a pass word you coudent rember after haveing a stroke and i ask them ask me anything els but thay said that was the only way to end service
