Mo. Assets has a scam going where they buy repo homes and then lease/sell as is. We put down 1750.00 on a house; only to discover the roof leaked, the basement flooded, and the well was going dry. They are breaking the mo. Lease law that states the place must be liveable. They will not fix anything and therefore by law we are not suppose to pay the rent untill repairs are done. But mo. Assets still says I owe eleven months of lease. There are other complaints via the better bussiness bureau. They are no longer listing a web site and that makes me think the law may have shut them down. Too late for us...
