I, like other Distributors who have filed reports on this website, feel that ExpresScents/Country Kitchen Candles intentionally misrepresent their actual objectives when advertising to and procuring potential Distributors. While the company business practices may not be illegal, they certainly are not very ethical. It appears that their real objective is to sell Distributorships (for which they charge a handsome fee well above the actual cost of products and services received) as opposed to developing long-term successful business relationships as they advertise. I realize that going into business for yourself has its risks, but it becomes more risk oriented when your Company (ExpresScents) oversells territories, recommends Locator companies that violate contractual obligations with their knowledge, and do not honor statements published in their marketing materials to Distributors.
