Prospective distributors beware!!! This company is in the business to defraud you by misrepresenting their products and services. They will tell you that their candles will sell at least three a day. They are going to set you up with a "placement" company (Norwood) out of Mississipi who is supposed to find the locations for you.
Once Indulgence Imports and Norwood get your money, that is all the support you will get from them.in fact, there are reports of some distributors who did not get all their candles or routes as promised by Indulgence Imports or Norwood. To make matters worst, if you request samples of candles prior to going into the business, Indulgence Imports will send you different candles from the samples they send you prior to you getting into the business.
They even use the same references for all the distributors. Still not convinced of their underhanded tactics, then I challenge you to check out the Cambridge (Massachusetts) Chamber of Commerce, the police department, (Mass) the U. S postal Service Inspector General Office and the Federal Trade Commission. But I caution you, when you check out these places, don't ask for Indulgence Imports, ask for International Candles Corporation or ICC. Yes folks, this is another one of their tactics.
When the heat gets too hot for them, they close up shop and emerge under a different name. Still need more evidence, then check out the many complaints on this site under International Candles Corporation or ICC. You will soon notice that all the complaints sound exactly alike. Coincidence? I hardly think not. If you want to throw away your money, then Indulgence Imports, International Candles, ICC (or whatever they want to call themselves tomorrow) is the right business for you. But if you are looking for a bonafide business, then look elsewhere. Do not be a victim. There are too many of "us" out there.
