I am contesting an invoice from PPC for $213.50 plus $1.99/minute fee charged by my local phone service provider for international long distance calls.
My modem was redirected to PCC on Oct. 13 without my authorization and knowledge; I did not receive any email notification from PCC and was completely unaware of the situation until I recieved the bill today!
As I read other postings, it appears that many other consumers have expereinced the same problem with PCC and recieved a courtesey credit and block so this event does not occur again.
I am requesting this charge be removed and my invoice number is #305239.
