The organization sent me a report stating that I had won 615,815.00, the numbers drawn was 13-15-16-21-34-36. I was asked to fax a form back with full name address date of birth phone number name of bank account number routing number address of bank. Once that was done they called and asked that I fax a photo id and a receipt of payment of 1,618.00 which was the processing fee to have the total lottery winning transfered to my account. Which made me suspicious because I had to pay a large sum in order to receive my lottery winnings.
