Winning lottery

On July 30, I received a letter (rather a photocopy) with the following content:

BATCH/000750013
Award Claim Final Notification
El - Gordo Seepstake Lottery Program held on May 5 and my name was attached to the winning ticket number 025-11-464-992-750 with serial number 2113-05 drew the lucky number 13-15-16-21-34-36. I'm the 3rd catogory winner of a lump sum 615,810.00 and the fund is now deposited with a security company and insured in my name.
Contact Juan Gomez, the foreign service Manager of Santa Lucia Security Company at tel 01134677147512 or fax 01134675163801 to process the claim.

I faxed them the claim form with my name and bank information. They then contacted me and told me to send them a copy of my driver license and pay $1,446 tax before the money can be transfered. This is when I start to become very suspicious and do a search on the internet and verify that it is a fraud.

I really appreciate everybody input here. It helps me in my decision and I'm sure it will help many others.
