Fiction, Fraud, deception and Facts

All the information provided here has come from my thousands of hours of participation in dealdash and thousands of hours of experience in similar auctions. Proof of these statements can be found in dealdashes own rules and terms of service, screenshots, witnesses, copied documents, while reinforced by hundreds of similar posts and/or screenshots on the web and bios of active participants at the dealdash sight.

Fiction: their claim on there homepage. "easy to win, fair and honest auctions" reality: not easy, most people spend a lot of money and time to win far less or nothing to what they paid in.

Not fair, after spending countless hours and money to get a strategy to win, like they recommend, they lock you out of auctions that have real stated values such as $50 gift card and increase the over inflated prices of others goods. (example: radio, ave. Purchase price $20 their price $45 price after you learn to win $55, which adds up much faster to total you can win. All regardless of how much they have made on your win.

Honest auctions: Not an auction, at auction only the winner leaves money, gambling"AKA" a raffle where every one leaves their money. The raffle tickets, "bids" are thrown in randomly until a timer that resets with each bid runs down to zero, last person with bid left wins. Winner? Then pays 1 cent for every bid put in auction which could be hundeds of dollars, in addition to bids thrown in pot.

Fraud: past, rules and legal terms changed without notice, while they had possession of your money, forcing you to spend them under more restrictions or withdraw them and to be banished from their sight. Fraud: present, although most of the language has been changed. Where they state they will deliver similar item or gift card of same or greater value, when out of stock ALL that I and others have received have been of markedly less value. Deceptive: when locked out a message appears stating " this lock has been placed to give bidders who have won less auctions than yourself a chance" Although there are many bidders that far exceed others in wins and total awards are not locked out, these bidders spend far more than they win! (there is not time limit stated as to how long these lock will remain nor set parameters to when they are placed) A couple fast wins may activate this lock no one knows beforehand.

Facts: (1) Purchasing a lost item will get your bids back, at their inflated retail price for the item. Example spend $50 on $25 radio and lose - buy it for 45 dollars and get your bids back, where you could lose again resulting in you getting a $25 dollar item for $120 unless you have a lock then you purchase it for $55 and spend $130. Yes they call that fair and honest.

Fact: (2) You must read all the rules and terms between each bid you place. The new terms state that if you continue to bid you accept the new terms. So if you bought 4000 bids, to win an ipad and win a smaller item to set off the lock you wont be able to bid on the ipad and will have to spend the remainder on their currently undefined restricted terms.

Fact (3) An alternative to replacing an out of stock item. When they don't have a less expensive similar item, is to replace it with bids equal to the retail price. Example their price for radio is $45, you will get a standard 60 cent bid in place of item BUT not equal to their displayed price. You will get bids for the cheapest retail price they can find taxes and shipping not included.

It gets worse much worse.in the weeks it takes them to notify you its out of stock, this occurs. Radio is now $15 on sale, so you get 25x 60 cent bids... Oh no the bids are selling for 12 cents you get $3.75 worth of bids. Worse? Yes your locked bidding against the other winners on a few items... Yep worse, 100,000 new members joined during this time to get the 12 cent bids good luck with your 25 bids.

Fact (4) Terms say they will replace bids if there their fault that you lose them from system glitches. It didn't happen unless you have a video camera pointing over your shoulder, Even then you will still lose bids 1 or maybe thousands. How? Fraud... You have 3000 bids already on item 30 bids still autobidding system freezes, your camera sees 30 bids disappear 10 minutes later screen comes back up someone else won. They say when system freezes auction stops and returns, with a pause, for you to resume where it was. They say you lost and do not get 3000 back only the 30 and they tell you there software prevents this from happening. I Guess they have special software that its only possible for part of the program to crash and the rest never does...
