Moving ripoff - Insurance claims are not paid

Used Progressive to move to Maryland. They told me to get additional insurance since they only cover 60cents per pound. Well I did, lost some coats and they claim that they owe me nothing.

How can I talk to the insurance company directly? Progressive Van lines don't return my calls, and I can't get a real person on the phone...
