Do not shop at forever21.com. They do not clearly indicate which items are "Final Sale". Even when you receive an order confirmation items are not marked as "final sale", yet when you receive the items with an invoice, the items on the invoice are marked "final sale". Do not purchase items from their website unless you are positive you want to keep them. Buyer beware.
