DON'T purchase from Forever21.com. Although their return policy is obvious for the reason that they do not get back "ultimate sale" products, the items on the site aren't plainly designated "ultimate sale". Actually their purchase confirmation mail doesn't show that any products are closing purchase. Just the bill obtained together with your products is designated and at that time it's too late. Their customer support reps do not care and therefore are not prepared to help or may they move one to another person who may be able to assist. Buyer beware!
