Placed an order in October that was supposed to be sent out Nov. 16th. It is Nov. 26th, and it has not been sent out yet. Big problem is I moved this last weekend and don't live at the house they will send it to. I have emailed, tried to call (I just get the sound of a fax machine when I try to call) but cannot get ahold of them. I don't know what I am going to do now. I will NEVER order from them again. They are the worst company on the planet.
