Once they explained it had been a-3 year cost responsibility I mentioned sorry, cannot do this, they assured me two $50.gift-cards, Currently earlier they assured me a $100.gift-card to register & I questioned when the two $50.00 cards were aside from the $100. One & they confirmed they were. I've named & ultimately got somebody who stated they'd have them out-but that's been more than 2 weeks before, today it's been 6 mos given that they were guaranteed (Feb 8) & nevertheless no $50.giftcards. I also needed to spend over $6. To receive the $100.gift-card, something which wasn't described within their guarantee. Additionally their handheld remote control ceased operating following a couple weeks but their Cust. Support saving happens to be " extra-high contact voumn at the moment" and so I have not had the opportunity to obtain anybody by telephone. Thankyou, Stan Sims
