Protect America
Terrible experience

On December 23 we dropped our house in a fireplace. Before the fireplace we'd a-3-year home alarm agreement with Guard America, Inc. Which may have terminated the sooner section of 2006. Following a fireplace, I named all of the relating house providers (water, energy, gasoline etc) including Guard America informing them of our scenario. All of them needed copies of the flame statement. Protect America suggested they require a backup of the fireplace statement to be able to hold their solutions. A duplicate of the fireplace statement was sent for them.

I used up having a telephone call to Safeguard America seeking that potential payment be stopped before home was rebuilt. More the fire destroyed all of the required products that covered the security alarm. I also described that because the organization wouldn't have the ability to supply alarm services during renovation, we are prepared to get wherever we left down the moment we reoccupied the house, and feasible re-recruit their solutions.

As we returned property in January I advised Guard America we were prepared to continue our agreement. I had been informed the organization had known the consideration to some collection company. Many efforts to go over the problem with supervisors failed.

Consequently, I obtained a phone from the variety company, 'Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates' seeking negotiation of the consideration. After several improper actions in the collection company reps, we decided on funds of $250.00. We settled the resources and required written verification that was never delivered to us. Your telephone calls were useless.

Nearly annually later, on October we obtained a notice from Guard America challenging that people closed a deal for that organization to supply alarm providers for three years @ $34/regular or $1258.20 plus $309 for gear. Must we not conform, we'd be documented towards the credit agency.

Such techniques we contemplate deceptive and an effort to cheat customers out-of their hard make money.
