Like other clients placing below, was cited $39 to uncover my door. After awaiting over an hour or so, the specialist ultimately turns up and informs me that it's going to charge about $200. After I contact to protest concerning the misunderstanding in cost, Rich (the client support supervisor... That is clearly a chuckle) informs me itis difficult that I'd've been cited that cost, and that itis not his problem that I misunderstood the estimate.
Turns out, Rich can also be laying towards the subcontractors he sends out. He informed them that I decided to spend $80... After I never actually noticed that cost.
Interest clients and companies! Don't conduct business with this specific questionable organization. They are conning people on both ends!
