About two months ago a woman called Katherine Mcewen contacted me by e-mail requesting my sewing services to manufacture her bib's line. One sample was made prior the start of production. After her approval she agreed to meet my minimum order of 100 pieces as well as the item price plus shipping and she also agreed to pay me 50% down and 50% after production was completed. She made the down payment but after the production was sent she never paid me the remaining balance or answered any of my calls and e-mails. I have been trying to contact her several times by e-mail and phone calls but she doens't want to give any explanation for your fraudulent act. I'd like to report her scam so she doesn't rip off anyboby else.
