This guy is a REAL RIPOFF. Has ripped MANY people off as I have found out since my encounter with him. I 'won' BU coins on his ebay auctions-seller ID Mikescoins1-back in June over a period of 10 days. Total over 25 coins and I paid IMMEDIATELY after winning auctions via Pay Pal—almost $500 total. I have proof of everything. Even scans of the coins. First off, it took 3 weeks to get the first of 4 shipments. (The 4th has never been received to this date of Sept 10). Most of the coins were Morgan Dollars and Walking Libery Halves —sold as BU—brilliantly uncirculated!!! Supposed to be near PERFECT!!! The coins had various marks on them, some appeared as 'burn marks'. Some of the coins were 'discolored'. These are NOT BU!!! Next 2 shipments, same story. I asked to return. He answered the first email on the first shipment and said to return. After that, he has never responded to any of my emails requesting return (as his policy stated). I finally resorted to leaving Negative Feedback. What else could I do? I did not wants other to get ripped off. Which is why I am writing this! At that point, he emailed me saying 'No Returns' as you left Negative Feedback. I filed complaints with Pay Pal. After over 2 months and me spending numerous hours and over $50 to return ship w/insurance and delivery confirmation, Pay Pal recovered part of my money. No refund, of course, on return shipping. Throw that $50 out the window! Then this guy had the nerve to say he never recieved the items, even though he signed for them!!! He is a terrible liar and game player. Obviously, Pay Pal did not believe him and FINALLY recovered the 'selling cost' of items returned. During this time, he is filing 'unpaid item strikes' against me left and right. Somehow he was able to file 2-4 on each item! Of course, I got them all removed as I had proof of payment via Pay Pal and he had left me positive feedback for my 'perfectly fast payment'! It takes ALOT of time to get that many 'unpaid item strikes' off of your account! And the frustration!!! The fourth shipment, I have never received and still have an open claim against him with Pay Pal for $135. On this one, he gave Pay Pal a 'phony tracking' number claiming it had shipped. It was discovered that the tracking number he gave was issued BEFORE the sale of these items. It was actually the tracking number of the first order he shipped. This whole thing has been a horrible experience. Somehow, I was suspended from ebay a couple weeks ago. They give me no good explanation!!! I know it has something to do with Mikescoins. Ebay protects him at all costs. He sells on three ebay accounts: Mikescoins1, Mikescoins2, Walruscoins He has website: www.mikescoins.com If anyone challlenges him, he threatens them with a lawsuit saying his wife is an attorney. He responded to feedback I left for him (on his feedback site) that he was taking 'legal action against me'! For what? He stole from me! He also responded to some of my feedback saying I was 'crazy' 'insane' 'working for the competition'. What an admirable business man!!! After I left negative feedback for Mike back in July, I have been contacted by numerous buyers that he has ripped off. I have over 340 emails saved in my personal email folder, all relating to Mike ripping people off!!! Cannot the FBI or USPS or someone do something about this guy for internet fraud and using the USPS to transport his fraudualant merchandise??? If we could get together and file a lawsuit, I believe I could provide much info. I have names of ALOT of people he has ripped off. I will not give their names out without their consent. I do feel sure most of them would get involved voluntarialy if they felt something could be done to STOP THIS GUY. I see he has no listings on ebay 'Mikescoins1' at this current time. Did ebay finally listen to all of the 100's of complaints we kept firing at them or did he choose not to list this week??? It appears he has lost Powerseller on that account??? He is listing on 'Mikescoins2' and on 'Walruscoins' on ebay. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have never looked at his website: www.mikescoins.com
