I ordered a tooth whitening product. Upon receipt of the product the enclosed information indicated additional charges were going to be posted to my credit card. I immediately contact the company and inform them the product was being returned (unused) and do not charge anything to my credit card. I returned the product and enclosed correspondence concerning this scam. This organization ignored my correspondence and charged my credit card for 9 months. I was alerted to this situation when my Bank returned a check for insufficient funds. I have contacted this organization and they agreed to do me a favor and return $89.85. I have made several demands for my money with no satisfaction. This type of consumer business fraud can't continue. Our government needs to intervene in situations of this nature. I need answers.
