Do not bother contacting or composing them, they do not react to grievances, the benefits plan is just a method for k mart to obtain customers to invest money-they do not have, to gain offers, encouraging factors toward the next purchase. Than you've to combat to obtain the right points-your due. Also do not bother calling customer support, whatever you may obtain is just a tune a party around your request, as though clients are silly... Horrible customer service in crisis, not so wise.
