Attempt to get credit info on phone

I obtained a note on my telephone ansewring mahine from the lady who offered her first-name as "selena", informing me when I'd just provide her my creditcardnumber, she might request me, with merely a little investment price billed to my charge card and precise quantity unspecified, to 'generate' a 500% return about the original expense. The girl owner offered me no business title, merely a telephone number to call-back: 619-664-4690. I went a identification search on the internet using the telephone number and found just this was a telephone number in North Park, CA, this was a home, which who owns the amount (company or personal was not established) was unpublished (unpublished).
