Rude phone calls

I've authorized my telephone numbers about the "DoN't Call Listing" nevertheless I'm still getting unwanted telephone calls. The topic of this concept is just a phone I obtained from 419-474-9385 (Ameritech). After addressing the phone call and informing them not to call-back they proceed to contact overlooking my request. Additionally they show up on my telephone as "unfamiliar title". I did so a look up of the telephone number to obtain the title of operator.

I would like to know when there is various other method to prevent this owner.
