Letter claims sweepstakes lump sum and asks for card info

I received a letter from E. Wright, address 9084 Clearwater FL 33758, saying I need to contact this number 8003385491 and provide my personal ID number concerning a sweepstakes lump sum. I feel it is not true. They tried to get money from me by asking for credit card info. Please look into this matter.
