Worthless Stamps

Lincoln Philatelics and Franlklin Philatelics sold me stamps worth 1/10 of the value I bought them for. Jack Tyler of Lincoln Philatelics LLC said he would reimburse me for the stamps I had purchased from him. He gave me his supposed home phone number 713-589-5848 which is associated with a number identified as a scam phone number. His email address is [email protected]
