International Stamp Store (ISS), Lincoln Philatelics, Franklin Philatelics
Rare Philatelics Scammers now operating as International Stamp Store, Moved To Reno, NV And Austin TX and Texas

Today I received a call from John Baker from his new business called the International Stamp Store (ISS) with locations in Austin TX, Reno NV, and Europe with the offering of stamps of Hitler circa 1944 offered at prices of
single-$1120, double $2240, block of 4 for $4480 or 2-4 blocks for $8,000 special price. John had just gotten back from an estate sale in Europe with this offering and only 4 sheets of 50 only known in existance according to him. My internet searches turned these stamps up at the price of $18.00 high and extremely plentyful. Grand scam he runs! I then found this site. All the stories and names fit (aka John Baker Bryant previous story).

I specialized in purchases of English Stamps; Royal Wedding, Princess Diana, Queen Elizabeth, 1st day folderds) s of the Prncess etc., for prices as above. These were misprints and unperforated stamps and I supposedly acculmulated the only complete set in existance which could be sold to the queen for $250,000 as the British hate mistakes (John's words). I am still waiting for the Queen to be contacted through John's partners (and i would guess the wait to eternity).
John stated to me a couple times that his Father being a collector of stamps and fine art helped him to make it through the Great Depression as these two items never depreciate. Makes sense to me unless these stamps are
forgeries and or a dime a dozen sold at ridiculously inflated prices. One stamp purchase was a US centennial stamp bought at a shared 50/50 upon sale which never sells. I have spent a small fortune on John's stamps of which the supply never seems to end on the disguise that they were rare and one of a kind. These stamps are in a safe and not available at this writing to state prices, numbers of, and quantity. But it is enough to make me fricking
sick! I called One of the Nevada consumer fraud agencies in Reno. No fraud reports were made under ISS or Lincoln Philatelics. I never asked about Franklin Philatelics or John Baker. The phone number on the Lincoln Philatelics
card is to a sports betting agency who never heard of Lincoln Philatelics. The businesses can never be found on a search. Needless to say these stamps all carry a "Certificate of Authenticity!" This guy talks as if he really
knows stamp history and investments.

The worst of the worst is that our government lets these scam artists run rampant and clean out peoples retirements! And could we even recuperate our losses in a class action suit with this business?
