Now I'm sure this was brought up before and swept under the rug any way possible. After reading this the first week of employment, I was skeptical. I decided that either way I would give it a try and it would be a good opportunity to try. Now that I've witnessed this first hand, I can say that all of this is true. There is a group of people that have stayed with this man and it is very clear who these people are. There is no professionalism in this company whatsoever. There is no loyalty. And this company is a scam. The company boasts that it's a win/win/win situation. In reality, the only one winning is the company. The employees running these leads make no money. The homeowners get taken advantage of. It's the worst deal in solar. The homeowners are being screwed with this company. Who knows how many people have read this report since but as far as for the present and the future I hope a lot more people find this along with a few others that have complained about this company and shut these people down. They are a total scam. I was given nothing as far as employment... etc. badge, lanyard, iPad, identification in my 2 months of employment. Anything that is promised is thrown to the curb. There is a reason that this company is small and is based on lies. I am a very intelligent, positive, and educated man that has been scammed by the owner and company. I don't want any others following this company or the bad decisions based on false promises from the owner.
