Unauthorized charge and product shipment

I ordered a TEST sample of their product " Viatropin". It did not accomplish anything that their site advertised. They just sent another bottle in the mail today, Order #157157, Dated 7/8, with a charge of $69.97 on my charge card. Nowhere on their site did it mention that I would be getting more product and/or charges on my card.
