Martin Perez, owner of Merge Left Marketing in Tucson, Arizona, is known to withhold earned wages from his employees. He says the paycheck is in the mail but it never arrives. Meanwhile he takes his family on exotic out-of-state vacations. When confronted, he does not respond to allegations, despite legal documents and a valid judgment against his business. He refuses to pay.
