I'm a license CDL Truck Driver that was hire by Bernarnd E. Martin on May 31 up until June 8,201 the day I decided not to contuine driving because I had not received any payment from this company. I have called no responses I have written E@Mail no response. Just nothing. I'm think that this has been done to many others but no one could do anything because it takes money to take Mr. Martin to court. How can you when you don't have any. I need help with this issue Please. He has my Social Security information which at the end of the year he can say he paid me knowing he didn't but who knows that but he and I. I want my unpaid wages. I completed work for this man and to take advantage of me is unjust and un-called for. I gave labor I desired to be pay. It's August Mr. Martin told me that he would mail my payment on June 8th that's the last day I worked for him which should of been pay day but he came up with a excuse not to until later that night. And I have recieved no mail or payment.
