Attempted to purchase a marketing list from Martin Worldwide. The company minimal experience in list brokering (but enought to ask the right questions, etc.); however, Martin Worldwide sold us services (list and send services) and did not deliver. We attempted to purchase a list of names for a non profit marketing campaign (to increase awareness of the campaign, etc.). Greg Mountain sold us a list of 55k names and told us that their company would have to manage the send (which is common for large list acquisitions). The company never sent the email, and stopped responding to calls/emails requesting reports. Many people on the internet have issued complaints against Martin Worldwide. Greg Mountain and the crew at Martin Worldwide are very unprofessional. They require payment upfront, and they don't deliver anything. Do NOT work with this company. I've already contacted the LA BBB; however, I also intend to send notes to the AMA and the DMA (both organizations link to www.martinworldwide.net in their directories).
