The lady told me there were 13 homes within the 49331 area. I believed her and paid the full 250 dollars. When I searched for homes in the zip code I only found 1 match! They also tell you that if you can show proof of 5 denials from homeowners you can get a full refund. I sent over 10 letters to homeowners in foreclosure as directed. I did not get 1 response! Rip-off scam! Do not make the same mistake I did! Do not give them your credit card info!
