I was scammed by this company in the same format that everyone else described. Something happened to me that didn't happen to anyone else, which has allowed me to do some extensive research and find some really good answers.
The salesman that came to my door asked to use my cell phone and I let him. I traced the number he called back to a Randy S. Vader. I was able to conclude that he was the guy in charge of these scams. I called the customer service line (940) 365-0089 and asked for Mr. Vader. The representative said that he is on the road and confirmed that this was his manager.
Now Randy Vader is only the owner of the phone. The current user of the phone is named Jessica. I was only able to reach her voicemail where a young lady stated her first and last name. I wasn't able to make out her last name, but I do know that it starts with an R and seems to be of hispanic nature. So, Jessica R. Is the user of the phone. She was stated as a door to door salesman by others claiming they were scammed. I haven't tried to contact this number recently, because frankly I don't know what I would say If I got through.
