Suspicious Cash Award Notice Requiring $20 Release Fee

From viewing previous scams by this company I presume this $4,278,000.00 award is a scam as well.

They want a $20.00 release fee.

If this were a legitimate offer I wouldn't mind paying this, but I have my doubts.
