Cuddeback provides a twelve months guarantee on the cameras. I delivered one back within that year with old evidence of purchase. They responded the camera was previous guarantee plus they would need to cost me $125 to repair it. Evidently their guarantee time is flexible when it fits their requirements. They'll not return my telephone calls with no one in Cuddeback customer support appears to understand how to assist a person.
