I get a letter in the mail october 8 say ing i owe late fees for a movie that i didnt even rent. I had rented after the date this movie was rented, if i owed late charges i wouldve had to pay late charges before i could rent a movie. This is a very bogus was to collect money. When i finally talked to a human at this place today october 23 they told me the viedo store had filed bank rupsay and was just final in 2011
