I joined 99 slot machines on: 10/17. Upon joining, I received a $1000 welcome no deposit bonus. I should of known it was too good to be true! After playing the playthrough requirement of $1000. I won $150.

I sent in my required documents: ID, authorization form, utility bill, proof of the card I used at the casino all scanned documents. I contacted customer service via email first, the through live chat. I gave them my ticket number. The first customer service rep approved all of my documents.

Then I was told I could requested a withdrawal. I submitted my first withdrawal request on: 10/17 @ 4:15 AM. I got my first withdrawal decline on: 10/18 @ 1:06 AM. I contacted customer service via live chat. The rep told me the casino was doing a upgrade, there was an error. To submit my withdrawal request again, and to be "rest assured" it would be processed.

I sent in my second withdrawal request on: 10/18 @ 6:36 am. I logged on this morning of: 10/19 @ 12:26 AM to find my withdrawal request was declined again! I sent in a third one @ 1:03 AM. I contacted a customer service rep again through live chat, and I was told my account could not be pulled up.

Then I was told another account was made by some one using the same ip address. Okay first of all I, did not make another account! I have other people who are living in my household. Second of all 99 slot machines customer service reps are rude, unprofessional and are trained to tell you the same thing over, and over and over.

THIS casino needs to be shut down!!! I have proof of chats and shoots of my account.
