After reading all the reports on this site I came across one that tells you how to deal with your bank on this matter. I did as was recommended and reported the fraud to my bank. The tellers were fantastic, they didn't know if anything could be done since check had cleared my account 2 weeks ago, but they agreed to follow the instructions I brought from the consumer complaints. They called one hour later, after talking to home office management, had me come in, sign the paperwork and the money was put back into my account this morning. Don't forget the check was personal, not cashier, and was only written on 9-23-04. This is the most incredible and remarkable service I have ever received.
