Dark Gable Entertainment Defrauded concert goers no headlinger no shuttle buses no security no assign seating

On September 15 went to The Balboa park Music festival in Encino, CA where there was no clear directions on parking, the wait with assign parking or pre paid was 2 to 5 hour waiting to get in was approximately 2 hours, the concert was 3 hours late not enough restrooms. No security. At least a 7 mile walk in an out of the concert. No headliner. Performers were not safe due to lack of security. Only a few porter pods for restroom.
