On September 15 went to The Balboa park Music festival in Encino, CA where there was no clear directions on parking, the wait with assign parking or pre paid was 2 to 5 hour waiting to get in was approximately 2 hours, the concert was 3 hours late not enough restrooms. No security. At least a 7 ...
