I paid 77.00 for two tickets to see the soul food festival. On July 7th which took place in Charlotte, NCWe arrived at the venue at 3:40pm. Gates opened at 3pm and show time was to start at 5pm. According to the flyer. That day the tempature was 100 degrees. This event took place in the Uncc parking lot. Needless to say it was stifling. 5pm came and concert didnt start. Then 6 pm no concert. People were getting upset. One of the concert goers found out they had no power. No one from the concert ever told the crowd they had no power. Finally at 7pm one of the roadies informed us they are trying to get someone to fix the generator. We finally left at 8 pm. I called the ticket vendor to get a refund I was informed that no refunds were being givin because the concert took place. I found out the show started at 9 pm. 4 hours later. This is unreasonable! I think I am entitled to a refund. I will never deal with this business again.
