Have now been a paid person in Shockwave.com for eight years.in the last 2 yrs support has rejected with continuous login problems and growing substandard sport choices.in the last 8 weeks the activities have already been terrible. Several people are worrying, and grievances are overlooked. I posted my grievances via their "contact" type, and was delivered exactly the same form page repeatedly. After I confronted to document a using the corporate workplace, they deactivated my bill. After I posted my criticism via the websiteis "evaluation" procedure (such as the organization telephone number along with a contact title) they removed my consideration, without refunding my abandoned membership. Efforts to contact the organization have failed since merely a voice-mail communication can be obtained suggesting to publish grievances via their inadequate "contact" type about the shockwave.com website.
