Have been a paid member of Shockwave.com for seven years. Over the past two years service has declined with constant login failures and increasing substandard game offerings. Over the past two months the games have been horrible. Many members are complaining, and complaints are ignored. I submitted my complaints via their "contact" form, and was sent the same form letter repeatedly. When I threatened to file a complaint with the corporate office, they deactivated my account. When I submitted my complaint via the site's "review" process (including the company phone number and a contact name) they deleted my account, without refunding my unused membership. Attempts to contact the company have failed because only a voice mail message is available telling you to submit complaints via their ineffective "contact" form on the shockwave.com webpage.
