This company is a joke! The website is down half the time for maintenance so you can't use the video on demand you pay for, the download videos take forever (and it isn't my connection, I checked) and the video they send you half the time are not the ones you asked for and take too long to process and return to get new ones! Then when I canceled my account they still took money out of my bank account and now I cannot get in touch with anyone and I am having to fight my bank to get the money returned! Do not deal with these people, it isn't worth it!
