Organization of Black Screen Writers
Failer to Keep its promises to writers

Each year the organization of black (OBS) screenwriters holds an annual writing competition. The fee to enter is approximately $60, and the OBS claims to have entrants from all over the country. Some of last year's winners have yet to receive their prizes. With all the money the OBS takes in, there is no secretary, and leaving messages and emails often results in no response. I would like to know when the winners of last year's competition will receive their prizes.
