I sold tickets through StubHub, and the buyers claimed that they were denied entry to the event. Now, StubHub is trying to charge me for the tickets and additional fees for this "claim." StubHub says that the burden is on me, the seller, to prove that the tickets were valid. How do I know that the buyers aren't scamming me? What happens if I don't authorize this charge? Are there legal/credit ramifications? How are sellers protected from scamming buyers??
