Thrillzown is a fraud. There is an investigation taking place with the Georgia Attorney General office.
I have to tell you guys that I too know that Thrillzown / Headband LLC is a fraud. The simple fact is that they charged me on two different dates and are keeping the money. I charged back one of these that was made recently and Thrillzown 1800skyride or whoever they are calling themselves disputed it telling the credit card company that I did not ask for a refund in time. The other was made to long ago to charge back and I am out of luck for trusting Thrillzown skyride.
On Monday may 14 I contacted 1800skyride who I now know is Thrillzown.com to set up a skydiving trip that was purchased on July 6th. I was told I have 2 years to use the certificate that was purchased so I know my time was winding down. I spoke to a representative that stated the company split and I would have to contact another company for service. This didn't seem like an issue at the time so I did so. I called the number but they did not have me in the system. At this time I did not know this is just an alternative number to Thrillzown.com Headband LLC. I stated the situation again and this time I was a bit frustrated. This representative told me the same information so I asked to speak to a manager. I was greeted by a manager on the phone who then continued to state the same information at her representative. I asked for her manager she stated the general managers name is Keith Armenia and then gave me his email because she was not able to give his phone number or extension. What kind of company cannot give phone extensions? His email was [email protected]. I sent a very brief email with my contact info and asked for him to contact me back. I have still not gotten a reply back from him. I still have yet to get an email from Thrillzown as well.
I did get the contact info and the number to the agency that withdrew over $600 out of my account. The number was 1800-372-1254, which happens to be a Thrillzown / 1800skyride phone number. I called this number and got Headband LLC the company that owns Thrillzown / 1800skyride and told them what was on my statements and they stated that they do not have my account because I bought it to long ago. When I told them that I had added another person on to my group this year back in January they changed the story to tell me that they are not using 1800skyride and have closed that company to open Thrillzown the new company. I have done some reading and these are not companies at all, Headband LLC is the company and these are just names that it changes to when it does not want to pay customers back for service that it cannot provide. Lilliam Dejesus and I think one or more other persons own this company that they are using to steal money from consumers. I am interested in any class action lawsuit that anyone wishes to file against Lilliam Dejesus and her partners like this April N character. I think what these people are doing is reprehensible. Thrillzown needs to start paying us back from what it is taking from us. Until something like this happens,
