I am confused, what I understand when I read about the I.R.S. Laws is, if someone is an indepentent contractor you can not direct the work. Not give them a schedule, not call them staff and tell people that they have to teach classes 6 days and when.in fact no direction of work at all, no schedule. Their work being done can not be a key part of your camp.
So lets go the other way and say they are enployees. She can control what is done but she has to pay them and follow all the Laws of an enployee. Again they are a KEY part of her camp since she has them teaching most of the classes For a solid week.
But then their is the third way, a clown way, put it on your site that you are lucky to have good friends to teach the class for a week. The only problem with this is if they are being compensated by sells in the dealer room, that means they are being paid, and they probably are employees.
And if all these people are such good friends, why would you not share some of the 1,000 per person with them, when you get 100 students. Maybe your good friends need it. This is just a personal opinion, I am not the I.R.S., In my opinion from reading your site, you are treating them like employees, and not a friend.
