They charged me after I cancelled my free trial offer (Because I didn't like it). I checked my account before cancelling to make sure I have not been charged already.

I have been trying to call them, but no one picks up the phone. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will wait to see what happens now. I think it's worst customer service I have ever seen.
