My name is Rachelle Dempsey. I've a merchant account with Real-Player (# 0 166 296 839) plus they have now been debiting cash from my charge card since 2010 without my understanding. I am aware that I've inadvertently activated for their "Endless Films" service in addition to another support. But I desire this today to become terminated quickly. I've delivered two emails (one about the 15th of February, plus one about the 20th February) seeking that my consideration be terminated instantly - I've had no reaction. I also tried calling Real-Player 3 times via their numerous facebook balances - I've had no reaction.
I tried logging into my Real-Player account towards the finish of Feb and was informed that I no further had a merchant account, which created me genuinely believe that my membership have been terminated, but I Have only tested my charge card statement today and observed that another money hasbeen created in the last couple of days.
