She is a lier and a thief she promised my boyfriend a record deal for $5000.00 in "marketing materials" turns out there was no deal and she owed the money to some ex convict boyfriend who is noting but a pill popper. We worked hard for this money - her website her resume are all lies. She should be on TV for most wanted or America Greed! Stay away from Katy Otto and Exotic Fever Records. She will avoid your calls and emails and the police will do nothing to stop her!
